**We have a Couples Suite where you can get two side-by-side massages.

 

On-Site Chair Massages: $60 per hour in the Roanoke Valley

 

We accept cash, checks & all major credit cards. We also have gift certificates available.

Tipping Policy

Tipping is appropriate if you feel your massage therapist provided you with a session worthy of a gratuity.  It is customary to tip 15-20% of the regular price of the massage, depending on the quality of the massage session.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 24 hrs. notice is required.    Otherwise, we will have to charge for the missed appointment.   

 

Frequent Client Discount Program

We will give you $5 off your next massage if you return within

30 days of your last massage. (Can not be combined with any other 

discounts or promotions.  Excludes Hot Stone massages.)

 

 

  

 

Glossary of Massage Techniques Offered:

 

Swedish   Relaxing strokes, all flowing

towards the heart, are used to manipulate

the soft tissues of the body. Energizes the

body by stimulating circulation.

 

Deep Tissue   Deeper techniques that focus

on the deeper layers of muscle tissue.

Releases the chronic patterns of tension in

the body. Generally integrated with

other techniques.

 

Shiatsu   Finger-pressure technique utilizing

the traditional acupuncture points of Oriental

healing. Concentrates on unblocking the flow

of energy & restoring balance in the meridians

and organs, in order to promote self-healing.

 

Reflexology   Pressure is applied to specific

reflex zones in the feet & hands that correspond

to different organs in the body. Stimulates

organs & relieves areas of congestion.

 

Hot Stone   Warm stones are placed on varying

positions on the body, accompanied by soothing

swedish strokes. Encourages the exchange of

blood & lymph and provides soothing heat.

 

Reiki   Energy healing method, placing the hands

on or just above the body in order to align chakras

and bring healing energy to organs & glands. Also

strengthens the flow of energy within the body.

 

Sports Massage   Consists of specific techniques

designed to reduce injuries, alleviate inflammation,

and provide warm-up for muscles. For amateur and

professional athletes before, during & after their

training regimens. (Includes stretching techniques)

 

 

*Many of the above techniques can be combined to

give you the optimal massage needed. Please

discuss your needs & concerns with your massage

therapist before your massage, so that they can

determine which massage techniques will benefit
